Test Preparation

Test preparation is a highly overlooked but very important skill. We can develop effective skills and strategies that can be used for quarterly math exams as well as college admission tests such as the ACT and SAT. Opportunities will be provided to utilize these skills so that your child will be prepared and comfortable in test-taking environments.

Differentiated Learning Styles

Everyone has a learning style. A person’s learning style is their preferred method of organizing and retaining information. Most children are either auditory, visual, or kinesthetic learners. Using your child’s learning style, we can develop a plan to maximize their learning experience so they can achieve success on their own. The key is that we build a foundation that focuses on your child’s strengths.

Individualized Attention

Since your child will receive individualized private instruction, you will not have to deal with the large staff to student ratios and expensive tutoring rates that are characteristic of franchised tutoring centers. Your child will have an open feedback tutor-student system in the safety of your home or public library.
